01. Who We Are

Operation L.E.A.R.N.’s work is based on the premise that leadership is the key to success for the entire learning community. The goal is to provide stakeholders with professional services that support and encourage unprecedented growth. Our collaborative approach with customers and Community Partners fosters a culture of learning that is both effective and rewarding.

Operation L.E.A.R.N. consists of professionals and educators who believe there is opportunity for obtaining success. This is the number one priority. For every decision that has to be made, we ask ourselves, “what is best for the people?” With people as our focus, we strive to provide services to set the tone that support learning for the community. We persistently encourage and guide with the purpose of developing and demonstrating knowledge and skills to educate our current generation. With people coming to us with various learning styles and disabilities, our approach to teaching and learning seek to support and reflect a variety of ways to meet needs. The goal is to implement current and progressive methods and ideas in education. In order for a person to truly gain a valuable learning experience, they need a strong foundation that integrates instruction, exploration and discovery. We are committed to working with the Paulding County community to promote success of all people and creating positive learning environments where stakeholders feel safe, valued, and respected.

Our team of professionals have a wealth of experience that specializes in some family support, workforce development, family strengthening, homeless prevention, tax preparation assistance, and personal development through education and fitness awareness, leadership, mentoring, and athletics.

Operation L.E.A.R.N. is not just changing lives by providing services to varied age groups in the Paulding County community, but prides itself in hiring a diverse group of underserved people, including first time workers, teens, college students, retirees, and individuals who might otherwise be unemployed given the current economic environment.
